After submitting your booking inquiry form, you will receive an Email, Text or Call within 24 hours to confirm package and travel price. Once confirmed, you will have 24 hours to sign contract and complete invoice. WE REQUIRE A REFUNDABLE $150 security deposit that secures the date and covers any damages and major cleaning of equipment (Deposit doesn't go towards package price) This will be returned the Monday after event once all equipment is inspected.

24-48 hours before your event the remaining balance will be due. If not paid, your booking date will be cancelled and there will be NO REFUND.

How often is the equipment cleaned?

Every piece of equipment is cleaned and sanitized both before and after each event. We use sate and effective products that kill up to 99% of viruses. The balls are also washed after each use to make sure they are ready for the next set of little ones to jump in!
Can I rent soft play for any event?

Yes, any event! Birthdays, weddings, cookouts, baby showers, playdates; you name it.
How long before the event do you arrive?

we will arrive 1 to 2 hours before your party starts it takes us between an hour and a half to 45 minutes to set up
